Waterbrook is a planned mixed-use development located at FM 407 and Highway 377 in Argyle, TX. The development will ultimately consist of approximately 275 residential lots and over 175,000 sf. of retail space.
The primary entrance is on Highway 377 and feature stone walls, an entry lake, a waterfall, and a waterwheel house. A secondary entrance will be on French Town Road, and the third off of FM 407.
